Great job on our deck and since then our shower. Gary and Ally do great work and try to be unobtrusive. Looking to have more of their quality work done soon! To reuke some of the reviews indicating they gave money and never got it back - we had the opposite experience - we had a weather delay and did not charge me for the future work until the work is complete. 5 Stars!

We needed a contractor to replace a dryer vent for us that was practically the length of our house. We also wanted an exhaust fan installed in one of our bathrooms at the same time. Gary and his team were awesome to work with and did a really great job on the projects we hired them for. He was very quick in drawing up a contract for each job and very professional and prompt in answering any questions we had. After completing the jobs, Gary and his team left the areas they worked in without any trace that they had even been there. Which makes it feel like they're treating your property as if it were their own and I can't say enough how much I appreciate that. We are having them come back to replace a few old windows as well and we will definitely be reaching out for any other contracting jobs we may need.

We needed our tub/shower area redone. Gary came out the same day I contacted him. He looked at what we needed, gave us an estimate and got to work within 2 weeks. He finished our project within a few days from start to finish. We are enjoying our tub and shower!

We could not choose one option for the best traits and professionalism that Gary demonstrated from the moment we met him for an estimate through his last day on the job. Top notch prices were fair and competitive. Gary reported to work the day he said and continued to do so each day until the job was complete. His measurements were precise with details that added depth and dimension to the finished product. He was neat throughout the project, no nails or sawdust left behind, and in completing the job, he pressure washed the deck. We definitely recommend top notch construction with five stars!!

Gary and Ally are simply wonderful! Not only do they have great work ethic, but they are amazing people.Top Notch Construction renovated our master bathroom and made our dreams a reality. Gary is meticulous with details and made sure everything was simply perfect. He took our bathroom down to the studs and created a masterpiece.Gary is an excellent communicator. Gary and Ally do quality work. We have used Top Notch over the years for some major projects such as windows and siding and are always happy with the work. Up front realistic pricing and explicit in detail. Most recently he completely installed vinyl siding on our entire house. It was not an easy job as the house is old and not a standard shape.
