I applied for and made an appointment for a passport. It was a very quick and easy process. I was in and out in ten to fifteen minutes max. Thank you to the lady who took care of me. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she was super friendly, fast and efficient. Mary, maybe? Thank you!!! I received it today along with my original documents as well.

We went to apply for the passport, (with a clear appointment) first the lady who attended us was a little moody, (I guess for the hour) it was a little uncomfortable because it almost doesn't help us with the copies and the form.... Thank you ma'am for then changing your mind and helping us.

My packages never get delivered to my door they’re throw in my driveway and are usually soaked from the weather and things in my yard are always getting ran over which I don’t understand why you’re driving in my yard in the first place I just got a package “delivered” said on my porch which it wasn’t it was in my driveway my polls are ran over which is impossible unless you go out of your way to do so very poor employees do better or get a different job

I went in a few days ago for my passport and I was a little unsettleed with memories of my last passport appointment in "Wilkes Barre" that didnt go well. Thank goodness for Mary she was patient and super helpful. I appreciated her assistance. Thanks again!

My brother had told me how helpful the postmaster is, and, how good the carriers were. I moved here a year ago and i agree with his assessment 100%. One of my packages recently was delivered to the wrong address and the postmaster — Ms. Berti — personally retrieved it and brought it to my house. I couldn’t believe it! Talk about customer service! I always get the help I need from this post office and find the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

Usually always an issue when I drop off a package with prepaid shipping label. Either tells me it is the wrong label or I owe more money. They are always trying to get your last dime for something. Go to UPS in Dallas. Phenominal people that take every single package with no question or extra charges.

They do not answer the phone, Sub mail carriers fail to deliver mail, or pick up mail, employees are rude , supervisor very unprofessional!
