It's a beautiful park, comes with some issues. I've owned my mobile home in this park for years on top of a house in Wilkesbarre and to compare it's much more peaceful out in Dallas but it's funny I went to give my friend their number and the comment under me from Michael h, once called me trailer trash and so much more&now he's living in the same trailer park 🤣

Enjoy living here but I'm at the point where I can't even take my dogs out without them freaking out seeing multiple cats running around. Neighbors feeding these cats should be held responsible for this nonsense. Every where I look there is a cat.

Only know what friends tell me about the place. And from what I've heard its heading in the wrong direction!!! Unruly kids at all hours people are mean owner doesn't upkeep like he should

The management of this park is very proactive. They do their best to provide a safe and bucolic place for their residence to live.

I don't think it is right that no one can wash their car/truck once a month, but some people wash clothes 6 out of 7 days. it's almost like they are running a business out of the home........free water-all profit.
