Units and surrounding area are kept in immaculate condition. I have never seen another renter when I go to my unit, but all units have locks on, which are provided by the renters, so all are rented. I'm glad I grabbed it when it was open. Close to home, easy access, no problem.

J and j mini storage is amazing. When we moved out of state they were willing to mail us our deposit back. We got our full deposit even though we forgot to sweep out the dirt from the unit. We had a 10x30 for only 100 a month. Cheapest place around.
