“Good place to store belongings/after having my things in unit for 4 years/there were no signs of bugs or rodents,and unit was clean. Be sure to read the contract though,as I had to pay a full months rent on the day I was clearing unit(2 days late),and something regarding a 7 day notice B4 moving. I never had the contract to read because I lived out of state,unit was rented by a family member/I just paid the bill.”

“My husband and I were confronted with a very difficult moving proposition. We needed to send an extremely large sectional sofa through a very narrow doorway and down a flight of stairs. Unsure if it could be done we called Joe at Warners moving and storage in Red Lion. He came out right away, took some measurements and said he thought they could do it. Jeremy, Nate, and Bobby showed up and absolutely worked magic. They were fast, careful, and knew what they were doing. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly. We felt lucky to find them.”

“Great location. Only improvement recommended would be encouraging staff to show up to work on time. There was only 1 team member available to check in guests at 9am Sunday morning on July 21st when the location opened. Unfortunately the first three guests did not take the time to pre-book their orders and it took a very long time to work through them. Two of the first three guests had very challenging requests and gave the team member a difficult time which is why when the 2nd team member showed up and clocked in 15-20 minutes late it was noticeable. I was 4th in line and did not get the keys to my Uhaul until 9:25am which is realistically unreasonable to wait for 25minutes with a reservation. The level of service received was excellent, but time is money especially when coordinating multiple stops between multiple locations and teams. When I left there were 6 groups waiting behind me. Your staff has to show up to work on time.”
