It's good for a quick run in but i hate pulling back out into traffic from this store. Me and my husband thomas used to stop here a lot when we lived on that side and staff was always friendly but we haven't been in a while...well I haven't he has a few times this year

First time at this location and I was far from impressed. My boyfriend ordered an iced coffee and the guy making it said he doesn't even know where to begin on how to make it, and my boyfriend who has NEVER worked at Rutters, had to give him instructions. Also, I always buy the cream cheese/bologna roll ups and the fact I payed 3.59 for what was the end result is terrible. Definitely won't be back!

Friendly staff. Relatively limited "made to order" menu. Limited space between then store and the road makes parking and getting into and out of the lot a bit of a chore.

One of the nicest "small" Rutter's stores I've been to. Always clean and the employees are quite friendly. I do tend to get a lot of my scratch off tickets here for my YouTube channel. Hopefully one day your stores will get the nice self service touch screen lottery machines that take debit cards. That's the only thing I'd change about this location. Other than that, keep up the great work in Dallastown.

Boyfriend tried to make a purchase between 2 different cards, they are unable to do that here, understandable. But the cashier who APPARENTLY doesn't know how to do her job and is very willing to LIE to cover her a** didn't know that and lets my boyfriend pay for his product on one card causing a overdraft fee, hence trying to pay on 2 different cards to avoid that. Tried to call the store manager about it, get transferred to another number, don't here anything for a week, I HAD TO CALL. When I do the "investigation" is still going on. Another day passes and the story the "supervisor" gives me is a COMPLETE twist of what ACTUALLY happened. Glad your employees can no do their jobs correctly and or not even know HOW to do their jobs, INCLUDING this "supervisor" who just HANGS UP on my boyfriend trying to resolve this issues one of YOUR employees causes.

I love this Rutters. Very nice employees! It's always got fresh coffee, no matter what time of day. It's a smaller Rutter, no big food area or seating. Awesome for quick trips and friendly service.

There is only two pumps and the parking lot is difficult other than that it's a good mini Mart
