Vicki was so nice informative and helpful with the passport. The negative reviews are whack, people just don't know how to make an appointment and follow the rules.

Vicki is the sweetest, most informative and fast working lady!! Had a wonderful passport experience with both workers on duty today! Don't listen to these comments. If you simply follow the rules, make an appointment and read instructions, you'll be fine.
