I came in here recently to ship mail out and the ladies there were nice and helpful. They were very busy though and only 2 people were working when there were 4-5 people in line. I was in and out within 5-6 minutes which wasn't bad. It sucks though I remember when 4 people would be working here at a time and out-the-door times and mail got out sooner, that isn't the post office's fault though. Keep up the hard work and thank you for helping me with my mail.

Was coming here weekly at one point but it got to the point where I dreaded having to go in because every time I would go, the cashiers had the biggest attitude and were the most inpatient about having to wait an extra 20 seconds for me to pull up my second or third barcode. That’s their job??? If they hate it so bad then literally there’s a million other places hiring. I now use the red lion usps and it was clear to me after the first time going there, I wasn’t coming back to the dallastown usps. They even told me have the best day ever before I left, you don’t even get greeted by the employees at dallastown usps. Hire employees who don’t hate their jobs and actually have decent customer service skills. Because I am not just talking about just one of your employees, it’s been mostly different people at the counter every time, all have the same shitty attitude:(

No help at all. Tried to ask basic questions and was rebuffed. Seemed like the lady at the counter was not the least bit interested in customer service. US Postal Service should be privatized. Would give less than 1 star for this location.

Wouldn’t resolve misplaced package, said they couldn’t come out but to call York post office but they never answer them so they probably won’t answer me. No help at all

Vicki was so nice informative and helpful with the passport. The negative reviews are whack, people just don't know how to make an appointment and follow the rules.
Would do post office activities here again!

Vicki is the sweetest, most informative and fast working lady!! Had a wonderful passport experience with both workers on duty today! Don't listen to these comments. If you simply follow the rules, make an appointment and read instructions, you'll be fine.

I have no problem with this post office except I find a certain employee Vicki could be more pleasant . I mentioned what I thought was correct and she responded very rudely back to me which makes me not want to go there anymore. Sometimes being kind can be a better choice even though the other person misunderstood the question.
