“Had an appointment set for 2 months which they called and changed 1 week before schedule. Dropped car Monday at 3pm, told it would be done Wednesday. Messaged Wednesday morning saying it would only be done Thursday. Thursday morning got a text saying it would be done on time, did not hear from anyone so we called at 2pm. To where the receptionist told us "Oh it'll only be done tomorrow" (Friday). And when asked if/when someone was going to call to let us know that, she say's "Well we close at 4:30 so...yea". The #1 worst experience I have EVER had with a garage of any kind. Not long after that phone call the owner Tim called me and apologized for what had transpired over the course of the last few days, and especially for how things were handled on the previous phone call. He was absolutely amazing and definitely made things better with us on a professional and personal level. He compensated us for the customer service issues that had transpired, and even wanted to do more and did. We may return in the future if needed. “The guys I dealt with at this AutoZone were great. I placed an order online and picked it up at the store. The computer was acting up so they couldn't pull my order. I brought it up on my phone and showed them. They pulled the parts awhile and then tried another computer and they were able to bring up the order. They were polite and courteous throughout the whole process. I know that type of stuff can be frustrating. They verified the parts and part number to make sure I got the correct stuff. Great job!”
