“I have taken my pets to Richboro Veterinary Hospital for many years. Last year, I moved out of the area, but continued to bring my pets to this practice despite now living 45 minutes away. In the back of my mind I always thought eventually I would find a vet closer to my new home in case of emergencies, but hadn’t yet. Dr Sampson and Dr Linn had made it quite easy for when my pets needed care - I could send pictures or videos if I had a question, and bring my pet in when needed. It was rather convenient, so I didn't feel like it was too far to continue to take my pets to this practice. Yesterday, however, I was faced with an emergency. We were having a snow and ice storm and I woke up to find my 11 year old Himalayan cat laying on the floor unable to move the right side of her body. Almost as if she had a stroke in the middle of the night., I had no idea what had happened but knew she needed to be seen as soon as possible. I called a local vet that was less than a mile from my new home and explained the situation. I just needed my cat to be seen, and being that we were in the midst of an ice storm I figured this was my best and probably only option considering the roads were awful and they were less than a mile away. They told me they didn’t “feel comfortable” seeing her and suggested I call elsewhere. Rather than call around to other vets, wasting valuable time, I called Richboro Veterinary Hospital. When I spoke with Dr Sampson he told me to bring her right in. I drove an hour in the snow and ice for my cat to be seen. Dr Sampson gave her a basic neuro assessment and discussed the possibilities of what could be wrong with her, and what potential outcomes we could be looking at - based on this initial assessment - none of them were good. I had decisions to make. While it wasn’t the outcome I had hoped for, I feel better knowing I was able to have my sweet girl of 11 years seen by her doctor when faced with such an emergency. So I just wanted to post this review to thank Dr Sampson, and the wonderful staff at RVH for continuing in the steps of Dr Linn - making sure Richboro Veterinary Hospital is always available to me, and always adequately staffed, in case of an emergency. Thank you for seeing and caring for Priscilla (aka Miss Priss) in her time of need , because she deserved nothing less.”

He goes above and beyond for his patients and you can tell that he is passionate about what he does. The prices are the most reasonable I have seen in the area. I cannot say enough about the extraordinary care that my dogs receive from this clinic. I plan on bringing all of my future pets to Animal Clinic of Warrington.”

We had a bad experience at the last facility we went to last month and I had finally removed our pets from their system. The doctor and medical staff were caring and professional . Doug needed xray of abdomen and medication. The vet read the xray and sent the xray to be read by radiologist to confirm nothing was missed. The office sent a f/u email with office visit summary and list of ERs if Dougs need to be seen tonight. I am very pleased with his care”

“We have been with Main Street for over 20 years with our multiple dogs, and cat. While we were sad to see Dr Warren retire, over the past year we have been with Dr Ramirez and she has been outstanding along with her staff. Earlier in the year we had to put down our 13 year old golden and Dr Ramirez was so supportive throughout the process. A very difficult time for the entire family We have continued to use her for our two other Goldens and we find her to be outstanding. We will continue to use and recommend Main Street.. Unfortunately, our Teddy passed away in January. So we have lost two Goldens in one year . Dr Ramirez and staff were awesome through the ordeal. Her followup was outstanding and guided us each step of the way. I cannot recommend Main Street and Dr Ramirez more strongly.”

He will search current reseach findings on particular problems to arrive at a thorough diagnosis and always considers the psychological effects it may have on the animal. He's smart, compassionate and he takes time to listen. You can't ask for more”
“Just put my dog down a couple hours ago. The doctor and the staff were amazing. I walked in the door with her, got to the desk and started crying, could barely talk. The lady knew what I was there for and got me into a room right away. The doctor was super nice was talking to me the whole time. She went so peacefully. So far, at 53 years old, that was the most difficult thing I ever had to deal with. Not sure when the crying stops, but I knew I had to give a shout out to the folks at this place. Tremendous care and patience. I couldn't have dealt with me, I don't know how they did. Thank you for taking such good care of my Misty over the last ten years. Thankfully, she didn't need your services often, but you folks were wonderful every single time.”
“As someone who has often heard not-so-great things about Banfield in general, we ended up using them during a last-minute, out-of-state rescue of a 3-month-old Golden Retriever and purchased the puppy plan. The plan easily transferred to the Banfield closest to my home and one of the veterinarians here has a lot of experience with the breed, which made me feel more at ease. I have to say, I am impressed with the level of care and compassion they have provided to me and my puppy. Everyone I've encountered via phone and in person has been kind, patient, and helpful. And the value I've received in her puppy plan has been truly wonderful (and helpful!). I considered transferring her to my other dog's vet after her puppy plan expired but with the reasonable cost of her adult plan and our experience so far, I've decided to keep her with Banfield. Thanks for taking such good care of my baby girl!”
“Terrific alternative to Blue Pearl (old VSEC and CARES facilities). Very knowledgable woman (one of the Veterinarians?) answered the phone. She took my dog's history quickly and efficiently sorted out the problem. She explained why coming in tonight would not likely result in any acute intervention other than a bump in the medication dosage, which I could do at home. She was empathetic to our concerns and extraordinarily helpful. I will strongly recommend to our Vet that this place be added to their list of emergency facilities.”
