Same day rental pickup only, which is just lame considering there is no where to stay meet the hill, and the people there don’t seem very helpful. Went elsewhere

Wife rented ski equipment for the season. We had a quick question about the equipment on our last visit to the mountain. Stopped in, and in 5 minutes, things were taken care of. Great customer service.

Went into the store with my 5 year old daughter to get her bindings put on a pair of skis I purchased online and to have my bindings adjusted on a pair of hand me down skis. The man behind counter was less than helpful, and I think he was upset that we didn't purchase the skis from his store. He claimed that it would be $95 per pair of skis to have the bindings adjusted and that I would have to leave it overnight. I left the store, watched a 5 minute YouTube video and had the bindings on in less than 10 minutes. Only tool needed was a flat head screw driver. According to Google, the national average to have bindings installed and adjusted is $10 to $50. This guy was going to charge me $95 for each pair of ski for a simple 10 minute job.

Rented equipment for a day at Blue Mt. Can't believe we've been wasting time & money all this time renting from the resorts. Staff at Half Pipe were personal and helpful getting us gear. And really affordable. Will for sure be stopping by here first our next ski day. Gets us on the mountain quicker too!
