Came from Virginia to check out a RAM TRX. Logan helped me out with the entire process and was both professional and very enthusiastic. Worked out a deal that was fair to everybody and left very happy. Finance was also awesome. I would recommend you deal with Logan for any needs!

I went into Fairfield ( now Kaiser Bros) in 2020 to buy my first brand new vehicle. I wanted a Jeep Cherokee but did not have the best credit. Logan (sales) & Dave (finance) worked with me and were able to get me in the car I wanted with a payment that worked for me. No one was pushy, and not one person tried to talk to me until i was ready. It is now three years later, and because of my first experience with Kaiser Bros. of Danville, I went back to buy my second brand new vehicle from Logan Witmer. I saw the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted online, but it was still in transit to the dealership. My son and I went down on a Saturday morning and walked all over the lot looking at the other Grand Cherokees that they had in stock. We were not harassed or pushed by anyone. We talked with Logan when I was ready, and he gave me the prices I asked for so I could get my financing through my bank . Monday morning I called and I bought my car. No hassle, and no pushiness. I worked with Logan through the week, and he took my phone calls and texts with curtisey every time, and I had a lot of questions. I was able to drive my second new car off the lot on Thursday that week. I just want to say thank you to Logan for working with me again!

My brother took his 2017 jeep renegade in last week for an oil change and inspection, and they said the brake pads and rotors needed replacing, $1200 worth of charges! Brakes and rotors were changed a year ago! Luckily he had the invoice from the last work to prove the same work was done last year. Price was reduced to $600 something, still to much in my opinion.

I took my car in a few months ago to have a recall fixed and get my car inspected and new tires put on. So I'm waiting and they come out and tell me that my car failed inspection because the brakes and rotors were bad and asked if I wanted them to take care of it today and they estimated a 300 dollar fix so I said Not today I'll schedule another appointment for that. A few days later I had another mechanic at a different garage look at my brakes and said they were completely fine and showed me them and put a new inspection sticker on . They made me drive a few days while not having an inspection. I do not recommend this place they steal people's money that don't know any better . They should be ashamed of themselves .

Nice inventory but very aggressive sales tactics. They don’t accept a no at all. Forcing you into a vehicle you don’t want. Rule of advice shop online. Go to dodge directly so you can get what you want.

Mark Urick is the best you can ask for in a person. He handled my concerns with care and took time to follow up after my purchase and make sure I did not have any issues. I am blown away by this level of care from a car salesman and the Kaiser brothers team. Thanks Mark!

I brought my Dodge Journey to be fixed here because I was told at another Mechanic that it was a code that only the dealer could read. I explained to them it was over heating and the check engine light was on. So they claimed they found the problem and fixed it for 1700 dollars. The first day of using my vehicle after I brought it home from the shop it started overheating again! So I called them and the only thing they had to say was we will check to see if it was something we did or if it’s a new issue. So I brought it back 12/28/21 and they actually still have it there today just figured out the problem on Friday and then going to try and charge me more money to fix the problem that should of been fixed in the first place not that they fixed what they thought was wrong with it instead of finding the actual cause of it! I would not recommend bringing your cars to them

I don’t recommend Mark Urich. Horrible experience. I’ve had nothing but issues with my car that I bought in March. Thanks Mark!!!

Now I'm having issues with the truck they say it’s fixed but never touched it, its now been there 3 different times cause I need a vehicle for work and service wont fix the issue. They couldn’t even clean the truck after I bought it but said they did. Place is Worthless!!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My father made a purchase on a used 2012 Jeep with hail and engine damage. He was completely trusting of this dealership and 100% taken advantage of. He is on a fixed income (disability). He was also trying to trade in his van which was used for my late mother and it was modified as she had a disability as well. He received NOTHING from the trade in. This jeep with hail and engine damage was on the lot for $23k. He put $4000 down from his savings and was also under the assumption he was getting $4000 for the van, because that is what he was told. He thought that he would have $8000 off of the price, that is not what happened. He got the $4000 off of the price but added insurance so that brought it back up to basically the original price.Thankfully he did purchase the insurance because this lemon of a car has been a headache since day 1. He had the car for a week and the check engine light came on. My father doesn’t live in Danville and with gas prices getting higher and higher, he cannot continue to take this jeep back and forth. He has had a rental supplied from this company longer than he has had the car he purchased and is paying monthly for.I would absolutely never do business with this place. They do not have your best interest in mind. They just want to rip you off! Sad to say, but it’s the truth!

Service department was very rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn't ever take a vehicle there again if they offered services for free. Not very helpful and not interested in customers asking questions. Hopefully they go out of business.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My father made a purchase on a used 2012 Jeep with hail and engine damage in Sept of 2021. He was completely trusting of this dealership and 100% taken advantage of. He is on a fixed income (disability). Thankfully he did purchase the insurance, because this lemon of a car has been a headache since day 1. He had the car for a week and the check engine light came on. Out of the 6 months he has owned the jeep, he maybe had it, at longest, three weeks, and that is not three weeks consecutively... My father doesn’t live in Danville and with gas prices getting higher and higher, he cannot continue to take this jeep back and forth. He has had a rental supplied from this company longer than he has had the car he purchased and is paying monthly for. I would absolutely never do business with this place.
