Hidi and his staff are the best! (especially Michelle). Hidi and his team helped me rebuild the muscle I lost in my leg due to knee surgery. I didnt think I would ever be able to play a sport again. Now I am doing roller derby!!

We have been with Komotion since the beginning. I couldn't imagine having the girls dance anywhere else. We've also used Resurrection and the Elevate programs. All the instructors/coaches/trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. This place is worth it!
