So I lost 4.25 in one of the machines. I guess it ran out. I called the emergency number posted at the car wash, and the owner responded promptly, and gave me a refund. Great customer service, good equipment.

The actual carwash is alright. The vacuums are the best going down rt 11. But the fragrance mist machine was not working and led me to wasteing a $1.50.
