“Scott Kern is wonderful to work with. My daughter needed a storage unit, since she was moving and she just did not have enough time to actually get one. Well I worked with Scott and he was so helpful, since I paid for the unit and live in Mayrland and then my daughter in Danville used it. He made the transaciton very easy. The nicest part is that we thought we needed another unit a few days ago and actually signed up and paid for one. Well they changed their plans and they did not need it and took the items out of the other storage unit. Scott contaced me once he noticed that there was no lock on either unit and asked if they had removed all the items. I said yes and I was just going to contact him. Then he said he would put a check in the mail to me for the one unit I never used. He did all this without me asking! In a world where a lot of customer service is not good, he is one person that is very good. I highly recommend Kerns storage!!”
