Had a great experience with Triple Play! Ordered a back pack for a coach as a gift. I was sent pictures of back packs to choose from and a mock up of what it would look like with embroidery. Invoice was emailed to me and I picked it up in a week. Excellent quality and customer service. Will be coming back for sure!
