The Darby store manager & other attendants were as helpful as they could be, but despite their best efforts, this was still a terrible experience throughout. The car I rented had extremely poor handling, a front passenger tire that went completely flat after a few hours on the road & none of the usual tools needed to remove & replace the tire with the spare. When I took the car to an automotive repair location, I found that the tire was completely bald & without any tread, a pretty disheartening indication of Enterprise's safety checks on their vehicles, considering this could have easily resulted in an accident & seriously endangered me, my passenger & who knows how many other drivers on the road. Enterprise phone representatives were very reluctant to offer a car replacement or tow when I called, & it took three separate calls over as many hours to even get a confirmation on a replacement vehicle. When the replacement vehicle was dropped off, the original defective car wasn't towed for another three days, leaving me to babysit the car & having to extend my trip & call out of work in order to make sure the car was picked up, & it was only after numerous calls that I was able to get a confirmation that the car would in fact be towed. It's been weeks since I've contacted the branch manager, the regional manager, customer support, the corporate office, emailed the care@enterprise address that gets replied to all the negative reviews, & still haven't heard back from anyone. It seems like Enterprise neither cares to properly inspect their vehicles nor cares about the safety, let alone the satisfaction, of their customers & other drivers.

Clean vehicle. Fast service when picking up and dropping off the rental. Flexible options for returning the vehicle to a different location than where it was picked up. I would definitely recommend enterprise

Disgusting!!! Everyone waiting traveled there by Uber/lyft just to get there and them to tell us that they don’t have ANY CARS!!!! Even tho most of us had reservations!!!!! Ridiculous!!! I had plans that they just ruined!!!!

Excellent service. Clean car, exactly the car I needed. Quick and efficient check in and check out even though the place was busy. I will be using their services again upon my return to the Philadelphia area.

Got lowest price possible. They feature older cars but worth it. They went the extra mile to let me check the car in at the airport directly during after-hours and waived the transfer fee. Hard to reach side of town so allow extra time to get there.
