“I went there looking for my stolen bike. I saw a nearly identical bike in stock. The owner came down and spoke to me about the bike. He was very helpful and understanding of the issue. Even though I didn't have a serial number, he still was willing to help and amenable to compromising in order to help me recover it. He also had a very astute eye and showed me that the bike was, indeed, not mine. It is obviously a stressful situation. And I really appreciated the help. If the bike does roll through, this is what it looks like. The size is large. Thanks again!!”

Audio, or sporting goods this is my first stop for everything and always get a better price than any other shops in the area and they always work with me no other spots take the time to help you out also when I have to get rid things I don’t need anymore an need a few extra bucks I’ve always received good offers I’ve had a brand new pair of Jordan’s that were ordered online and were the wrong size and were almost impossible to get refunded or the size exchanged so I just held on to them and accepted the loss I tried a we buy everything in somerdale and the guy said they were fake an wasn’t interested lol that’s the quality employee you deal with there had no idea what he was doing (shoes were 100 percent official from the Nike website with confirmation receipt)and never worn at all yes good times lol but overs here drew is the man I find what I need and always enjoy the convos and good atmosphere I’ve never left in a dull mood….”

“Bought an engagement ring to propose and took forever for me to get her size without her knowing it. I finally was able to get it and was looking at rings and found the one. Price was good and the clerk there was nice. I paid for it and put in for sizing to 7 and a half. The ring was a 8 and a half, (which would mean removal of some material, gold, reconnect and polish). They told me a day to pick it up and I figured out my plans to pop the question. I go pickup my purchase and hide it till the weekend and I pop the question, go to put the ring on and too big. So I think, I messed up on sizing her finger. Take it to a local jeweler and they size her finger , 7 to 7 and a half. Now they size the ring, and it is a 10 and a half… WTH… How do they do that?? Update: Just got off of the phone with them and they sent me a credit for resizing cost and made it right. Which they did not have to do..”
