I messed my door up and had to get a replacement. Went Friday and was called on Tuesday saying a door was found. Took my car to the shop at 10am and by 12:30pm my door was on. Not only did he do an amazing and fast job, my door was the exact same color as my car! I’m so pleased with his service.

It’s been a bad time in America to need auto body repair. Paul is forced to spend more time than he should just finding the parts, but he hung in there for me and defended me to my insurance company to get OEM parts for my Super Bee. My car looked fantastic when they were done. They took the extra time to touch up and clear coat a bunch of spots that weren’t involved in the repair, and they had my car was completely detailed when I picked it up, which was no small task. I really appreciated the effort. Most shops wouldn’t do that anymore.Service: Painting

Total Auto Body Collision and Repair did an excellent job repairing my brand new 2020 Kia Forte GT, that was damaged in a hit & run incident only 3 short months after I purchased it. The owner, Paul was a tremendous help as I navigated through the process with the insurance and rental car company. He made himself available whenever I called with questions and kept me informed of the progress. Total Auto Body was super helpful in repairing body work for our Mazda after a minor accident. Paul was our contact and he was really quick to respond and knowledgable about his work. The shop worked well with our insurance company, acting on our behalf and truly empathetic to our situation. Our car was finished in almost no time at all! The staff are friendly, the lot secure and the work is of great quality. If you’re ever unfortunate enough to find yourself in need of collision repair, I’d highly recommend it!

Total Auto is by far the best repair shop I’ve ever had to deal with. They made my situation as easy and painless as it possibly could be for my first ever accident.
