This package was supposed to be delivered on the 22 of August ,first thing they said they attempted to deliver my package but leaving no notice behind incase I wanted to pickup my package from the main office, got a Redelivery number ,it was scheduled to be delivered yesterday August 25 ,today is 26 of August and I have yet to receive my package..I made a complaint and I was told that they have my package and have my complaint but isn’t doing nothing about it ..

Worst location, postmaster and subordinates are lackluster. Delivery personnel are incompetent and can't read. I guess everyone needs to work, right?

I HAVE AN EBAY BUSINESS. I HAVE HAD IT FOR OVER 15 YEARS. I WOULD NORMALLY GO TO 30TH STREET STATION NOW ON 29TH AND CHESTNUTS STREET. I RAN ACROSS THIS SMALL TOWN POST OFFICE AND HAVEN'T LEFT! THE SERVICE IS STUPENDOUS! EXCEPTIONAL! PROFESSIONAL! WARM! RECEPTIVE! VERY HELPFUL! THE GENTLEMAN AND TEO LADIES THAT RUN THE WIDOW AND DEALS DIRECTLY WITH THE PUBLIC SHINE LIKE ANGELS FROM HEAVEN.
THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE DEFINITELY ABOUT STAFF FOLK THAT HAVE RETIRED OR NO LONG AT THIS BRANCH. THE ONES HERE NOW ARE SIMPLY AMAZING.

How can they be allowed to operate like this? I have package tracking that says it's at the post office, and you go there and the clerks disappear for 5 minutes and say it's not there. I have credit cards missing. Like fool they are locked. I get my neighbor's mail ALL the time. I wish they fired the whole crew. II had no problems for years, don't know what happenef recently.I wish you could choose post offices, it wouldn't be here.

This post office has the worst service that I have ever encountered. They absolutely refuse to pick up packages when you request a pickup. They completely ignore the request and when you call up the manager he just shrugs it off and says they will pick it up tomorrow, which of course they don't. This use to be a very good post office with excellent service, but now they have a bad attitude and lack any accountability to service.

This is the worst experience at a post office I have ever had. No follow up on missing mail. Unconcerned attitudes. I have lost all confidence that my mail will be delivered. I even signed up for "Informed Delivery" and 50% of my mail is missing or not delivered when it is supposed to be.

Had an insane time getting a money order from post offices being closed to post offices being out of money orders to my bank flagging my card when I tried to use it saying it was a suspicious purchase. The lady at the counter at the Darby branch was so patient and helpful, being nice about this mess I was having. After about 15 tries the bank finally got my card working and the post office lady never got upset once running my card over and over again. Thank you post office lady. USPS should give you a raise!

We have a big business plasa , one big mail box with multiple boxes . always mas wit mail in wrogn boxes , For last two weeks they don't delivering any mails to our businesses . We sou post to receive documents, cheks , invoises . I was there , spoke to the menenger , no results. They don't care about people and our mails .

I’ve never had a problem with this location. They just don’t have the correct hours listed online. Walked there after looking them up and they were closed for lunch.12-2

4 days in a row , non stop complaints and still nothing was done about the mail carrier delivering my packages to the WRONG address multiple times I ended up doing a “hold mail” so I can just pick my packages up at the facility and THEY STILL TOOK MY PACKAGE OUT OF THE OFFICE AND DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! Supervisor was NO HELP !!! He was rude and not helpful at all !!!!
