I try not use this pharmacy because they either don’t have the medication or the medicine isn’t ready. This time will be the last. I called to see when my son script will be done. I was told an hour. I went a hour and 30min and they told me an hour it will be ready. I called to speak to a supervisor and the lady said they will work on it. Dismissing the issue. This Walgreens is slow and do not honor their time and could careless if you need the medication immediately or not. Poor communication and Customer Service from management! I can only imagine what the seniors have to deal with.

I was so used to being at Rite Aid even though it was inconvenient to get there, even to reach the pharmacy or the store period. But Walgreens.... from my initial contact yesterday to today Staff made my transition over to them so quick and simple. The staff there are patient, kind, courteous and that's what the public needs; especially when you're not feeling well, you want the pharmacist staff that will be customer friendly and empathetic with you. Thank you Walgreens staff! Please keep doing what you're doing.

When trying to get a covid-19 test I was informed that if one has no car they may RIDE A BICYCLE thru the drive up window. This is helpful info for people without a vehicle. SPREAD THE WORD.

Poor. Barely any staff, and the few that were there never greeted me, asked if I had everything I needed, made eye contact, nothing. You need to figure out what needs to be offered for you to get people to work in your stores, Walgreen's. And for customers to shop in your stores. Customer service goes a long way. The store was like a ghost town. If you don't want to experience massive store closures, you need to fix it now. I used to like shopping in Walgreen's. Not anymore.

I made an appointment for COVID19 booster shot and Flu shot. The website said both were free. When I got to this pharmacy, the intake person confirmed they are free.Later, one of the pharmacists (I didn't get his name), came out and gave me just the COVID19 booster shot. I asked about the Flu shot, and he was a bit dismissive, telling me to talk to the Intake person. After the COVID19 booster shot, I asked the desk again about the Flu shot, and the pharmacist who just gave me a shot, said that the Flu shot isn't free.Overall the staff seemed overworked and almost unfriendly. The pharmacist guy was borderline rude.I am confused and annoyed with this experience and misinformation, and I will have to escalate this to management.

Trifling store. Had USED baby items. This is not the dasher fault but fault of the employees at Walgreens. Trifling. Baby cough medicine was used / half filled and had missing syringe. I buy this brand all the the time and never experienced this. Expected behavior in the part of town. Employees need to be more vigilant. Children get sick from behaviors like this. Just trifling. I had a bad feeling when I noticed doordash picked this Walgreens.

The guy at the front register is ALWAYS rude. I’m referring to the short, miserable, bald one that is always at the first register when you first enter the store. He needs to be stocking shelves and not doing customer service.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!!! All of the staff are completely disrespectful, so rude & downright ignorant & how this establishment is still operating is beyond me. Not to mention odd hours.....what pharmacy closes at 7:00? Definitely gonna transfer ALL my scripts back to CVS where they actually care. I am in the process of making a formal complaint w their corporate office & telling my friends & family NOT TO GO HERE! They don't even deserve one star.

There is very poor customer service in the Pharmacy. Borderline rude, the manager back there never speaks or acknowledges anyone, avoids eye contact if he has to come your way and his staff follows that mentality. Some of the techs try not to be that way so it's not all of them in the Pharmacy. I've been going to this location for over 2 years or so and just observed how much different things are. The only reason why I go to this store is because the one I use to go to closed down and this was the closet to my house. But I will be traveling up the road to Glenolden, going forward. The staff there is much more friendly and provides great customer service.

Came to this Walgreens because the one I normally go to by my job was dragging their butts on my flu vaccine. This one got me in, paperwork filled out, and vaccinated in about 20 minutes. Not bad at all. Staff was friendly, and the shelves were well stocked. They must do great business here because it’s definitely one of the busiest interactions I’ve ever seen….. lol

This morning at 9:50 am - 10:45 am I witnessed the worst customer service at the pharmacy section. The pharmacist giving the COVID-19 vaccine was arguing with the patient if he was next. A question that she should know herself by the sign in sheet and the forms that are completed before hand. She took the anger she was facing with her staff on everyone in the waiting area. The gentleman that got his vaccine was brave for staying I would've left.

The staff at this establishment are completely unprofessional and rude, especially an employee named Derek. When calling, they continuously lie about stock without even checking. Now as someone who is extremely busy and would like to make sure they have something I need before heading to the store, it’s just rude to hear a “no we do not” then immediately hanging up after that. They don’t put me on hold to quickly to double check for courtesy or anything. To be fair, it is completely different if I end up at the store and they don’t have it, but 99% of the time, it’s in stock and just the employees lack of work ethic to actually take 2 minutes to check and ensure the ítem is in shock. On top of this, my friend and I came into the store at 9:50 just to browse, and by 9:53 we were told if we were not purchasing anything to just leave. Last time I checked, they close at 10 and it’s not good business to tell your customer to leave. How do I know if I’m purchasing anything if i don’t even have a few minutes to actually check? Especially when they’re lying about stock on the phone. I will not be returning to this store anymore and will happily take my business to a different Walgreens that answers my questions truthfully and will not kick us out of the store 7 minutes before closing.

I had a appointment for a covid vaccine and apparently I was not listed. Woman a head of me printed out a pre form off of Walgreens website and they refused it. They for some reason would not take walking when the other Walgreens take walking. The Pharmacy tech was not business like. Horrible service. Stay away from them.
