“Stopped by for a business visit, met the managers working and a few of the members, and saw the amount if workout equipment they had there and was surely impressed. Staff was helpful and friendly, as were the members I talked to and after seeing the amount of equipment there was surprised. Nothing against them just wasnt expecting the whole package when I first walked in the door. Its a tucked away gem. Not as large as the fancy large gyms that most people go to for the see and be seen crowd of semi fitness junkies, but if you want to give your business to a good place that takes care of their members and no lines for equipment, want to actually work out and dont need a tanning bed to enhance your fitness, they are worth checking out.”
