    Replaced my transmission twice, and somehow got an expired warranty to cover the cost a second time since they gave us a crap replacement less than a year prior. His work on the phone saved my kids Christmas and the work on the car saved my livelihood.

    We were coming back from a camping trip and bearing seized and tire and wheel camp off camper right across the street from here… had to leave it.. and Bill assure me he could replace axle and get it road ready so we could take it locally to our RV shop and have the rest of the work done!!
