The mail carrier from this post office sucks! Your packages are always late when they arrive at all. I work from home and I'm home 24/7 and yet I get notices in my mailbox sorry we missed you when they never showed the hell up at my door because between my three dogs that here and bark at everything, my room cameras and me actually being there it would have been easy to tell if they actually came to the door to deliver the package or a certified letter. Then they say they deliver stuff when they don't deliver it and when you call them on it there's always an excuse. In fact one time I was asking where my package was that they said they delivered it first it was You said he delivered it in the mailbox I said there's no possible way because my mailbox was stuffed full of other packages that he delivered so there's no way he could have put it in there so then it went too well it's either in the mailbox or at your door and they kept changing it I'm like no he didn't deliver it. I tried to go up the chain to report them but the postmaster just returned it back to the postmaster of this office for follow up which is ridiculous when they're the ones you're having trouble with. They tried to tell me well it was delivered because when he marked it delivered the GPS hasn't by your house. What the hell kind of proof is that I can sit in front of somebody's house so the GPS registers me there say I delivered something and then drive away without delivering it. They never made any attempt to try to find my package and I've had problems with them ever since to the point where I had to buy myself a post office box to avoid the delivery person and even that they screwed up in the beginning. I can't wait to move and hopefully get a better post office for my mail. I think while the government's cutting stuff they should cut off funding to the USPS they should have to fight UPS and FedEx or go bankrupt and close. Maybe then their service will improve.

Meh. The post office is great, as long as you do not have to interact with a certain female employee. She is very rude and appears to either not like her job or not like people in general. The postmaster is very helpful in contrast. Also, often I will get a notification that a package is ready to be picked up from the post office, only for the post office staff to have no record of said delivery.

Every time you come in, i swear there is nobody to be found. they even have a door alarm so they can be notified when customers come in. Last time, i had to yell HELLO?? for anyone to come to the counter. Time before that, the clerk told me i had to wait until she used the bathroom. All i had was pre paid mail, and i didn’t even need a receipt. but she wouldn’t even let me get a word in to explain that before she ran to the bathroom and took about 10 minutes to come out. i only come here if i have to. i will drive further to avoid this place

Thanks for all the terrible postal workers Joe Biden! I can't stand the practices of this post office and postmaster. First, the postmaster is rude as hell, which is probably why several of her employees have confided to me they cannot wait to transfer offices away from her because of her poor attitude and lack of care for the serviced community.I work and often cut it close to 4:30 to receive packages here. 4:30 and 1 second is enough to be told to come back tomorrow, like shes on some little power trip. At this point I have to take off work early to get my packages at this point when I get them because I'm only off Sunday.Second, WARNING BEFORE MOVING TO DAUPHIN: USPS WILL ACTUALLY ROB YOU if you live in the borough. Upon moving here we were forced to buy a PO box from the post office because our carriers just can't walk in town?.. That's just literally highway robbery to say you won't deliver my mail because there's street parking, when you could easily access the front of every house with no apparent danger to any carrier. I literally just watched the dude in the Grumman haul ass (speeding where my kid plays, mind you) down Erie St with not a care in the world, where they should be walking and delivering mail so the office can't rob us of $66 dollars a year. This however is a policy issue with this office management and not the direct fault of the carriers.Thirdly, back to processing and inside the post office. This office regularly rejects mail even when the address is correct. I keep getting calls about random chunks of important mail that have been rejected and returned for no reason, such as bills and employment information. So it seems the office staff are just rejecting mail for fun because they can.Sincerely hope the staff here can pick up the slack or we can get some new people in here soon, because for now this office is dysfunctional. Get a PO box in Linglestown or Harrisburg instead and stop on the way home so I can at least get my mail, I guess.

This post office is a joke! They make you get a PO box then when items come that can fit in the numbered boxes they will put a card in my box instead of the key for the item like they do for everyone else. And why would you even open the lobby to get the mail from the PO boxes if I can't get my packages?! When I can see people standing inside this is the worst experience I've ever had. It's almost like they get off on having power and pissing you off thanks a lot trump for putting all these stupid people in charge of post office cause it's getting worse and worse they act like they cant do anything to make s*** easier but that's a lie. Like when. You ordered the same thing every month and every month it goes into the boxes cause it's a little too big I even told them before to jam them in before you don't put them in there. And I go in and and they put a slip in my box when it said delivered on my phone?!?!?!!?! But they won't open the hell up to let you get it until 9 so sorry if you get a package early you're screwed even though they're All standing around in there the whole post office is a laughing stock anyone but this one is the worst of all the time. Cause they won't work with you if you lose anything. Stay far away from here if you can take your business to another location if you have to use USPS cause they don't get a s*** up here no one is trained properly so they don't know what they are saying and always assume that you wrong and always put write PO box on the box like we are the ones sending the orders?! You can put it on the ordering site but it's up to the sellers they make no sense at all.

The actual post office seems nice and clean the staff inside seems professional, The actual post master seems easy to talk to and if there is a problem she seems to want to resolve it, But if you have a package that the carrier decides not to delivery they don’t know why which has been quoted and it seems accountability lacks? So follow up must lack ?.Furthermore no matter what you ask of the carrier as in package delivery ,they overload packages in the mailbox not caring the size, leaving the box open and or possibly breaking items in the package. Also if you receive a box it is slammed on the porch, this compliant will be made to USPS corporate as well, the company’s sending items . Not sure why some drivers attitudes are like this, I would imagine if the drivers didn’t have packages to deliver the employment numbers would decrease drastically. It’s sad how the Post Service once was job of stature and is now “whatever” as it seems many are not even USPS direct employees, though we have a male postman that is in uniform and he seems very astute. Anyway, bit of advice to the drivers have patience and show professionalism when serving the area. ESPECIALLY when they only have to travel on one side or a street. Can’t be that hard staying in the vehicle stop and go to each mailbox, when some have to walk, travel on both sides etc.

This is my first hand account: I live on a small street too small for 2 cars to pass at the same time. I've called the post office at least once and asked the driver to slow down. She still continues to drive down the street far too fast. Its reckless and a danger to my pets. If she slows down, I'll be happy to update this review. I've also seen on my road: snakes, bears, bunnies, groundhogs, the neighborhood dog that is allowed to roam all day, squirrels...and more...that need to be looked out for. United States Postal Worker, please slow down!
