“I can’t say enough good things about this vet. Dr Whalen was so good in helping my with my little hospice kitty Lily. She was willing to remove the cancer on her chin when I was not having success getting my other vet to take the lesion seriously. Lily was the sweetest little cat and the staff at Susquehanna were so kind to me and patient with her care. Lily was happy to the end even though she went through so much and they helped me keep her comfortable. She had a really good month before she passed away. They sent a card to me as well and that meant so much to me. I have been meaning to send a card to them but I buried myself in work and tried to keep going after she died. Instead I finally decided to leave a review and tell everyone what wonderful people work there. I can’t thank you all enough - all the best ❤️”

“I can not speak highly enough about Animal Hospital of Rye. I would recommend them over and over again. We drove from Buffalo, NY to get a CT scan for our dog, since the waiting lists in Buffalo, and the prices, were astronomical. From my first phone call with Rye, I knew they were good hearted people who are in animal care for the right reasons. Every person I spoke to on the phone was SO kind, thoughtful, and understanding. It was very easy to get through to schedule, no run around. They were able to schedule us a week out (which was quick compared to what I’d found), but since it was urgent, I was put on a waiting list and they called me back to get me in two days later. I drove down with my dog and stayed overnight in a hotel and then went to rye first thing in the morning. We had a consult with the Dr (who was amazing) and left our dog Rocko for the day for his scans. They called me just over an hour later that he was finished already! He is 12, so sedation scares me, but they did not over sedate him and he was jumping around (and making quite the ruckus for them ) when we came to pick him up. The doctors and staff are AMAZING. They have also sent his reports over to multiple referrals for us, which I know can be time consuming, but have never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The only issue I have with this place, is that every other Vet isn’t just like them! THANK YOU to the team at Animal Hospital of Rye. For making a very tough situation, so much easier for us.”
“The minute we were seen, I had no doubts that my boys were in the best care possible. When we first adopted our 2 cats, they were able to schedule us quickly for check-ups and prescribe respiratory infection meds. Not to mention, their partnership with the Harrisburg Humane Society makes getting immediate care for newly adopted pets easy, accessible, and inexpensive. “Had a great 1st checkup with my cat Loki. Dr. Crescenzi took her time to sit with me and discuss my cats health, what lab work was run, the vaccines he was updated on, trimmed his nails during the visit and removed some plaque build up on one of his teeth. Her staff was also very kind and knowledgeable. I can't see taking him anywhere else. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares for animals.”

“I've been bringing my dog Mya here for about two years and she loves her vet visits. She's a bit of a celebrity among the staff. It's very difficult to get an urgent appointment, but I think that's just the state of vet clinics in general. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Even the cat doesn't mind going.”

“Dr.Stern was great! Staff was great! Took my bunny Spots in there yesterday, Dr Stern was very up front and quickly found my Bunny's problem. GI stasis was the diagnosis. Which bunnies don't usually have a good chance of survival. She swiftly came up with a game plan and thoroughly walked me through instructions for at home care to try to get him better. Its only been a day I'm already seeing positive results? He is eating,drinking, and moving around ,using the bathroom normally now! Thank you Dr Stern for all your help! Spots thanks you as well!?❤️”
“Man, people don't like vets, huh? My experience with Silver Springs Animal Clinic has been great. My senior goes to Banfield but my adolescent goes to Silver Springs. He was neutered here, no issue. In fact, about a month ago, I thought my senior was struggling to pee. Any cat owner knows that's a major, immediate issue and usually costly. I called her regular vet, who didn't have anything until the next day. No issue, they're not an emergency vet. I was prepared to take her to the local ER when I thought wait, let's call Silver Springs. They got me in just a few hours later! Turns out the little turd just had an upset belly and was straining to not pee. They were able to do imaging, blood work, the whole 9 yards. The staff was incredibly polite and professional. Love them!”
“Today my kids and myself had a GREAT experience at in store! We went in for a Gecko for my 12 year old daughter and the sales associate Ethan helped us with the process from start to finish! He was awesome and knowledgeable, for sure a people person. We had a lot of questions and although the store was busy he answered each one with patience and kindness.
