“Excellent experience at Uniontown,PA Staples.(On a busy Saturday morning. )Walked in and saw a display rack. An employee came over to ask if she could help us find anything specific. She gave us the price of the merchandise on the spot. Then we walked to the printing area. Carla greeted us and made the process smooth! Carla was very busy but made you feel
comfortable and seemed to enjoy the job she did. Would return again, definitely.”
“We had an appointment to get 2 of our children passports at the Latrobe location on a Saturday at 9am. At 8:30 that location called us and told us they couldn’t keep our appointment because they lacked staff. I ended up calling Connellsville and they told us to come to their location and they would help us out. We’re very thankful for this because our time is quite limited, especially with 3 kids. Not having to reschedule was a huge plus. We got there around 9 and the whole process only took 20 minutes. The girl that helped us was extremely nice and helpful. We’re very thankful that they were able to help us. They were also very kind and helpful.”

“You can see who the entitled people are. This is the best office in the 154. You have a problem it is resolved. I have lived all over the country and travel all over 154 and 156 area for work. Can you imaging a business changing their hours to accommodate you absolutely not. They are there when I go thru a little after 6.”
