We live 1.5 hours away from their dealership and Gail went above and beyond to FaceTime with us to show us that everything was working with the vehicle we purchased. We know pictures can be deceiving and there is nothing worse than driving a good distance to look at a vehicle, but then to see it is not what you expected. But after meeting Dan and West they helpfully n respectfully got me driving outta there . This on the last Saturday of 2023. I now have a 2015 Ford Fusion. “I was on my way to the bank and spotted a Mercedes SLK 350 that was very sharp. I stopped to look at it and was treated very well with a no pressure attitude from the guys. They threw a dealer plate on it and off I went. Brought it back and said I loved it but had to clear it with the wife. Said they completely understand and I could take it for the day to show her anytime I wanted. We talked a few days later and they got me approved for financing. I decided to hold off until I started my new job position and they were totally cool with my decision. It wasn't a lot more of a pleasant experience compared to any other car sales I've had. Keeping them in mind for a future purchase.”

“I’m giving 5 stars because I think they deserve a better reputation online. We just bought a car two weeks ago and the process was so smooth. The only downside was the wait because they were busy! Of course you need to be prepared for the cars there to come with problems so you need to make sure you can evaluate if the car is a good deal and if the potential work needed is something you can handle. They were very honest about the AS IS policy and they also disclosed issues that might not pass inspection. Since my husband is able to do most of the works a car needs, we were good. There is a notary right up the road. Finance process was a breeze. We will definitely do business with them again.”
