“I had the absolute BEST experience here. I wrote down the incorrect closing time in my planner. Drove an hour and 25 minutes to find out they were already closed!! 100% my fault. I had called just to clarify and they were the SWEETEST, KINDEST and most UNDERSTANDING people I've had the pleasure of working with. Not only did they offer to return to the office to still allow me to pick up, they were unbelievably friendly. They made my mistake seem like no big deal. They even helped my kids load the meat into the coolers and the coolers into my car. With smiles!! The customer service was superb. I very much appreciate that they took time out to help out this Momma. Hope y'all had a great time swimming after. Thanks so much again for making the extra effort. I'll for sure see y'all again next year (hopefully on time!) ?”
