The floor workers are amazing. The guy that helped me find a replacement drill driver combo was great since all I needed was the charger but the kit was cheaper and came with two batteries and a charger. It was a great deal taking off 70.00 from list price but when I went to the register the cashier was horrible and kept telling me it was on sale for 209 despite the sticker saying 149 went back and showed her the sticker she came back to change it and another manager stepped in to say no it’s Not 149 it’s 209 on sale instead of honoring the price on the sticker he wanted to argue it resulting in me leaving and going in shopping someplace else really not worth the hassle being that it wasted 30 minutes of my time for them trying to figure out that the price listed on the sticker should’ve been what they were offering not what was coming up in the register

Went to Ace to grab a trimmer for my yard and Dean was a great help. He showed me which one would work best and gave some tips on using it. Really nice people—definitely coming back next time I need anything for the yard.

I chose for a quick stop to pick up two drill bits. Store appeared well-organized with lots of space. Employees were friendly and directed me to what I wanted, but went through three levels before someone could retrieve from locked case. There was choice of brands in stock. Prices were as expected.

Fantastic, well stocked store, friendly and helpful staff. So conveniently located, I can leave my house, drive there, pick up what I need, and be home in under 15 minutes. I'm greeted immediately upon entering and am quickly directed to what I'm looking for.
