“My small local pharmacy closed abruptly, with only a 2 day notice given to its customers . My family and I were simply shuffled over to a large chain pharmacy across the street. This was done without any consideration, that this new pharmacy doesn't even accept our insurance. I searched high and low for a family owned and operated local pharmacy, hence why am here. A new customer With Salem Crossroads Apothecary. From day one everyone from the extremely pleasant and always helpful Pharmacist DJ to the ancillary staff, it is ALWAYS a positive experience. The cost is much better , the wait time is almost nothing at all, and they sell the cutest little items for the holidays. We need more locally owned
pharmacies and other businesses alike. You are treated like you actually matter and that you are not a burden when you walk in. I give this establishment a solid 10 out of 5 rating , as they are that wonderful.”

“There is a pharmacist here that's extraordinary! Sure, I'm there every month, but she remembers me and my conditions/meds. She's informative and knowledgeable. I feel like my health and life matters when I pick up my medications. I feel so bad though! While I remember her face, I haven't learned her name. At other pharmacies I feel judged. At other places I have been treated poorly and second class. Not at Walmart pharmacy in delmont! I feel EQUAL here. I'm happy it's my local pharmacy!”

“Woohoo! This Rite Aid is usually bomb-diggity! It's like bomb.com of the Rite Aid's! I have been here countless times and the staff are always very friendly and provide exceptional customer service. The Pharmacy staff does the same making my transactions and interactions painless! They always have good deals and clearance that I can't ever get away from! They just be calling my name as soon as I walk in the door!!! I will say this much DO NOT buy their store brand chips or popped popcorn cause it is nasty! This Rite Aid is worth checking out and they really do have some exceptional surprises you wouldn't expect to find in a drug store! GOOD STUFF!!!”

“Do you believe that people and situations can change? Apparently, a lot of people don't, but I will attest to the contrary. The store's front end is staffed with a fantastic group of workers who go above and beyond to help customers and their fellow employees. The pharmacy has been revamped with people who care (which clearly wasn't the case as mentioned by so many negative reviews below) and do their absolute best to make sure all customers are treated the way that they should be treated.

It's amazing how things can change when you get people who care and actually work. I wish the denizens would post the positive aspects as well, but hey, what can ya do? ??”
