Great buffet for holidays. Variety of typical foods, that are carefully selected and prepared. Im picky, and was not disappointed. The people that work here are super nice, and hard working. It's obviously a very family oriented business, that does well to ensure the quality is worth the price of admission. The restaurant is huge, and quite clean. It will feel a tiny bit dated, but honestly that added to the vibe of one giant family celebrating an event or holiday. Im not sure how to put it, but I hope they dont change a thing. I was not only surprised but shocked at how well they pull off a major holiday buffet for that many people. You cant find restaurants like this anymore. This is a gem of the Pittsburgh area, A+Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly easy in and out with some gentle slopes in the parking lots (it's pennsylvania after all)

I ordered the Devonshire open faced sandwich served with fresh cut fries and the alcoholic caramel coffee drink. Everything was delicious, but the fries could have been cooked a tad bit more. Great service as well!

Got the turkey Devonshire at the waitresses recommendation. I wouldn't have got it if I known it was lunch meat. The cheese sauce was broken.

Pre ordered 2 pies ($45.00) for Thanksgiving. Had to wait almost 4 hours after making 3 trips back to pick up. I completely understand the holiday rush, however these were pre ordered. Sent a private message to them with my concerns and their response was a "thumbs up". Clearly I would not recommend Lampligher.

I stopped in for lunch around noon with a coworker. There were 10 - 15 people enjoying there meals. I ordered a 1/4 lb burger with fries. The burger was small & the fries were fresh cut and slightly undercooked. My friend had the meatloaf sandwich with hash browns and gravy. He said it was delicious. The restaurant was kinda dusty and dark.

The Lamplighters' Thanksgiving buffet, once again, did not disappoint. The turkey was moist, the ham perfectly cooked, and the prime rib could be caught with a fork. The sides were plentiful as where the choices of cheeses, desserts, fruit, and salads. Because of various circumstances, we hadn't been back for Thanksgiving at The Lamplighter since 2019 but today it was every bit as good as in years past. A great homey meal!
