They also told me things that I needed to do in the near future to keep it on the road they didn't tell me I had to do anything right then and there other than what I needed for inspection. “From service to parts, this place is top notch. Tom and his guys definitely know their stuff. Their Cummins tech figured out an electronic issue that plagued me for almost a year. Had a few minor slip-ups with repairs over the years, but they were taken care of promptly and professionally. Rates are relatively reasonable. Parts prices and availability are pretty good too. I’ve limped my truck home with baler twine and duct tape a few times, just to get it in here. Thanks guys!!”

“Bought a battery at the Murrysville location about a year ago for a car i only drive in the summer. Went to start the car and the battery was dead, even though it was on battery maintainer since fall. Brought it to Auto Zone to check, and it failed to hold a charge. Store employee (sorry I didn't get his name) said we stock that same battery and grabbed a replacement. I asked when I purchased it and he was able to find the transaction. He said it's still under warranty and said this will be no charge! I was going to ask about the warranty, but he beat me too it. Customer service like this is rare these days and wanted to share. “Have used them twice. Owner is great. Easy to talk to. Gets things done in a timely manner and charges a very reasonable rate. No idea if they work on new cars. Mine are 8 and 9 years old, but will continue to bring my cars to All Vehicle Service.
