I use this branch for my personal and business banking. They go ABOVE and BEYOND to accomodate anything we need. They have made my personal and business life immeasurably better and easier. The branch manager, Adam, worked with me after hours to insure I received COVID funding quickly and easily, keeping my small business open. Everyone is 5 stars at this location. Highly recommend!!!

The BEST customer service. I took my 2 young boys over with their piggy bank money. The teller couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. She even counted and rolled all the coins for us. Thank you local Delta branch.

We relocated to Pa from Ut a few months ago and my husband opted to open his personal checking account with the Delta, Pa branch right down the road from our home. He opened his account with Tracey and had a fantastic experience and urged me to also open my personal account there. I did. A week later a highly pleasant and knowledgable gal named Tracey was fantastic and we actually had a good time. Fast forward to 2 months later and now my parents are now living here so I was quick to recommend M&T bank. Wow! What a horrible experience. We arrived at 2:45PM & got the manager Kristin Stokes who instantly directed my parents to the $4.95 checking account. I mentioned that I had the $6.95 EZ checking account and I asked her to please explain the difference as Tracey had done for me rather than just saying "Here. Do this account. Period." She was clearly offended at the question because she rolled her eyes at me (no one outside of 4th grade rolls their eyes) and said the $4.95 account is for them. I simply wanted, and asked her, to explain the pros vs cons of the 2 types of accounts as I wanted to make sure that at 70 years old and dependant on a business' honesty and clarity that they would select the best option for them since they were doing a monthly direct deposit and tend to stay with whatever they get. Kristin wasn't having it and began belittling me right to my face. I saw a look of surprise on my dad's face. I was at a complete loss of words when only a moment later Kristin followed up her pointless loop stating over and over that was the best account for them by telling me there was another bank I might be interested in down the road! I do not understand what riled her up unless me asking if she would explain the 2 kinds of accounts to them as Tracey had for Chris and I. Upon mentioning her coworkers name she immediately said "I will be talking to Tracey. I'm the manager." Really? I'm not sure if she was getting something out of shoving the elderly into that magical account that was seered into her brain or if she was simply uninformed of the differences thus she couldn't answer my sole question of "please tell me the difference between the 2 accounts". Luckily for her she started spouting out her religious opinions to win my mother over (also highly unacceptable on EVERY level) but I was so turned off by your branch manager as she kept telling us that I will be returning to close my account as soon as I have time off. I recounted this to my husband who was shocked by this experience and stated (before I even mentioned I will not be doing business with MT bank any longer) that he will be closing his personal account and will no longer be setting up our business account with your company. If there was a scale of 1-10 in customer service I wouldn't be able to give Kristin a single star. On the flip side you should consider putting the manager pin on the sweet gal that answered every question I had POLITELY and without any eye rolling, was quick, did not recommend I find a different bank and didn't toss out her 2 cents worth of religion/churches. I'm off to give BBB my own 2 cents worth about M&T banking.

Let me begin by saying that my daughter, son and husband all have accounts at this branch. My 17 year old went into have a document for Delta Rec Center notarized. The woman was very condescending and spoke to me like a I was an child. She refused to let his paper be notarized, she refused to say much of anything helpful, but you can have it done up the street. I would ask another question and again she repeats you can have it notarized up the street. I want to have it notarized there since in our house we have the two accounts and even our small business account and she refused. Not too mention the accounts were opened at that branch. We are in a small town with literally only this bank to use. They take my fee every time we use the atm. So much for a community bank!
