It has somewhat of a decent size staging area. So you can be here way before your appointment but signs say no more than 2 hours before. Well, just don't go to check in until an hour before. So, that concludes the good points about this place. 4am appointment for my 3 pallets, was put in door at 5am, at 7am and obviously late for my next appointment writing this review. Got a text from capstone that they'll send me text with payment link, so waiting on that without be able to go back to sleep. 3 pallets smh

I have to say my experience was amazing. My appt time was 5AM but I didn't check in until 530 because I thought there was a line to get up to the gate. Just FYI there's truck parking to the left. Anyone against the gate is NOT on line. They might be waiting for a door. Anyway. Park and walk up to the guard shack. Must wear high visibility/safety vest. Have your bills and ID just in case. They will check you in. Go back to your truck they will call you with a door and which receiving door to go to. You park take your bills in. Lumper is paid over the phone. Boom!!!! I was very surprised. Done in 1 hour. WoW! Good job guys. Keep it up. :) Se hable Español too!!!!

I had a problem on delivery 3:30am 07/26/23 I went to the company, checked in, they told me that the appointment was at 7:00 a.m., but you can come at 5:00 a.m., 2 hours before the appointment, I parked in the parking lot and waited man until 5 a.m., at 3:30 a.m. a security another man guard came to me, woke me up, and informed me that I cannot park here, that I would leave the parking lot, then I said that I would go to the office and make a check-in, I came up to the office, I checked in, and they let me into the middle, where they had to call me and tell me which door to enter, and then the police came up to me, checked my documents, and said that they called us and you need to leave the territory, I left, parked the truck on the road, and approached the office, asked what the problem was, they told me that the police were there, and they couldn't unload me, then I asked the name of the man who had claims against me, he didn't tell me his name, but I took a video of it, I'll send it to you in the morning, please clarify the situation regarding this accident. There was no conflict with that man, I calmly went to the truck and waited until morning.

This is the worst distribution center for truck drivers. The security guards at the gate are rude. They have no respect for us. When you show up early for your appointment it’s a problem. They have over 20 spots for trucks to park but if you are early they make you go to a truck stop 20 minutes down the road. They don’t understand that we are regulated by the department of transportation hours of service and also paid by the mile.Once you’re in a door, there is no driver lounge. They have Porter potties for drivers to use. I feel so bad for any handicap driver that comes to this place. When I asked the staff if they had drinking water or vending machines, I was told that truck drivers aren’t allowed in the building. Really? What’s wrong with truck drivers? So sad. This location needs to understand that over the road truck drivers are working hard every day to move product across this country. We are away from our families. It is impossible to find parking. And you can’t simply offer the drivers water and a clean bathroom is ridiculous.. I hope someone from this facility reads this review and hopefully the next time I come things will be a little bit better to accommodate over the road truck driver’s.

Dont recommended anybody to come over here. They keep you waiting and reject pallets for no reason. No restroom here. First and last time here.

My husband works there as a security guard. He's on second shift. He tells me all kinds of stories and how truckers don't follow what the guards say. But if you happen to be there, there is a 2hr parking limit for those who check in. You have to be 2hrs early to be able to stay on the property or you will get told to leave. Plus you better leave because they can deny your load if they so desire to.

Not terrible, but not great. 5.5 hrs from check in to check out. About 2.5 hours on the dock. Port-a-johns for drivers.

No overnight parking prior to delivery or after, porta potty “restroom”, and long unload times. Security guards wake you up around 10pm to check your appointment time, if your appointment is for 0500 or later you’re asked to leave. Anything before that and you’re asked to check in, then move to the staging area inside. So you basically get woken up for no reason.

3 pallets, 3 hours.. it was very busy at 3amDespite what I read about no overnight parking there are 10-12 spots on the way into the yard, before the guard shack. Staging area is big and wasn’t hassled waiting out my 10 hours. Last truck stop I saw was 45 miles away but I guess there is one about 17 miles out. Photo of address in review section. Receiver did a nice job separating and reloading pallets. Thanks
