Al has been my go to guy for the last 5 years. On my last inspection with an oil change and brake job needed he noticed a truck I was sold by a shady dealership that’s now closed (Whitaker motors). Had extreme rust and rot that was destroying the truck.
Before Al did anything or charged me anything he insisted I see pictures and understand the severity of the situation.
I ended up buying a new truck and extremely thankful Al didn’t just do the oil change or brake job or fail the inspection and charge me. He had my vehicle up on the lift and had started the inspection process. Very thankful for Al and his team.

Ask for your quoted price before taking your car in for any sort of repairs. Called in for an oil change and was never quoted, but expected it to be no more than $90 as thats the most I’ve ever paid. After receiving my car back the total was $109.32… of course there’s a 3% card fee they won’t inform you about before going in, they’ll argue they have “signs posted in the store” as sufficient notice when its a simple as informing the customer over the phone. Originally had two stars, now down to one. A shame when a business can’t identify where they could have done better and gets defensive when responding to reviews. MUCH better off going to Valvoline!

Moved to Arkqnsas back in 2018. These fine folks took great care of my vehicles from 2007 through 2018. I have never found anyone that I would trust more with my vehicles. Karl Hellmann.
BTW - My wife is still driving that 2004 Volvo S60 you sold to us over 8 years ago.

Now I know who not to go to! Took my car in on the 23rd of January to have a coolant leak diagnosed (already knew what it was, just wanted a second opinion) After a few days of waiting on a verdict, Al "confirmed" there was coolant in my oil, when there was actually oil in my coolant resovoir. He also highly recommended getting rid of the car, as he 'found' a head gasket leak, and claimed my engine would not last long. Along with that, Al also found a lower end rattle at idle, that he thought to be a rod bearing or something worse. That rattle just turned out to be an alternator bearing. I took my car to a third professional, and he diagnosed the leak to the oil cooler seals and the rattle to the alternator bearing. Just as I predicted! I ordered the oil cooler, and was able to fix the issue on the 10th of February with said 3rd professional. Surprise!!!! It was not my head gasket, or any major knocking, and it was indeed my oil cooler leaking. Very dissapointed that this shop has high reviews when no one even bothered to even CHECK my oil to confirm their suspicions?? Im just happy I was able to one-up a service center with just a few hours of labor. If you need in depth repairs on your car, do not come here. Here is a picture of what was ACTUALLY wrong.

My daughter took her car in to get a oil pan replaced on her car. Not sure what they all thinking except for taking advantage of a young woman. They charged her 275.00 for a oil pan, according to price check in local auto parts suppliers that's over a 300% price increase, putting the Grand total to 542.00. beware of this shop because they obviously take advantage of young women who are trying to getting started in life let alone a senior in highschool. Avoid avoid

I have been using him for years. He helped donate money to our softball team years ago so I thought I pay it back so to speak and since then his service has kept me here. He isn't the cheapest but he is the most expensive either. His service is a good value for money though.

Not at all Happy been looking for my Mechanic for months have asked numerous times only to get a run around he’s not available today we will take your number and so on!If you no longer employ the mechanic that people want then you should be honest and tell us!!!! Not at all ok !!!!

Upselling, absolutely horrible...refused to do the tire rotation (trying to scare me into buying all new tires) when the tires are perfectly fine. Then charged me $100 for an oil change, which the price board in their lobby states is $45 plus tax. Told me on thursday it would be ready by 12 noon -which I initially clarified was critical, they call me at 12:45 to try to gaslight me into buying all new tires. They will waste your time and then look for any way to squeeze money out of you.Service: Oil change

Have been taking numerous vehicles to this garage for years. Manual transmission vehicle popping out of gear..took it for repair and they didn't fix it. Offered its a synchronization problem..no other info no recommendation. Business is going downhill in my opinion. Replaced brakes on another vehicle. They squeak. Just got it back...3rd time still squeak. This is after I was told they are under warranty..but somehow they weren't replaced just needed an "adjustment".
