The staff are kind and competent. However, the drive thru is broken, only one lane available. The lobby is regularly closed. This is a poor service site. And it is very convenient for me but I'm going to be checking into other local banks.

These people simply ignore calls. Pretty inconvenient for customers who aren't able to go in person for help. Looks like I am switching banks again!

They removed their coin counting machine and told me I had to wrap my change. They gave me the wraps. I stood there and wrapped my change for 20 minutes because they refuse to take it loose (even though I had it organized and only had quarters and dimes). I handed the teller my wrapped coins.
She stood there and unwrapped them.
Tell me why I couldn't have just given her the change and saved my 20 minutes I spent wrapping them? No apologies, just stupid business

I don’t usually post many reviews but this was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a bank so far.After sending my money and ID to the drive through attendant, I was told it would be a few minutes as they were busy. I did not mind waiting and said it was okay, as it’s about a 30 minute drive to a different Truist and I needed the money deposited today for bills. 10 minutes go by.. 20 minutes go by.. 30 MINUTES go by with absolutely no communication, no one at the drive through window, my son is screaming in his carseat(not their fault, but added stress) and I start to get a bit frustrated but try to keep calm as it seemed like this poor woman was the only one there. Finally, 3 other women come to the drive through window and one starts taking someone who pulled up AFTER me. At this point, I asked the only lady who would look in my direction for my money and ID back. She told me that they were “just now getting to it” but I needed to go or else I’d be late for an appointment and quite honestly, was not happy with the service and did not trust them to continue. The woman “just getting to it now” aggressively shoved my envelope into the tube and sent it back without a word.I like to think I’m an understanding person and originally had no issue waiting as the woman who initially let me know it would be a few minutes seemed sweet and a little overwhelmed but the lack of communication and absolutely terrible attitudes from the other employees was just enough for me to lose the patience I originally had when I first arrived at the drive through.

Came to drive through at 9am, time they open. One teller to handle inside and out. Sat for over 20 minutes.

This was the second time we had to deal with the teller, Zinia. She is now the reason we WILL NEVER use Truist bank again. She is very arrogant when dealing with situations. She ended up having the cops called on my husband and I because she refused to give us our money and we refused to leave until we got it. We wanted to close out an account and wanted cash and she adamantly kept asking who we wanted the check made out to.We were told we will probably be receiving a no trespass letter for that branch, but I can reassure you that we will not use this bank for anything ever again.Zinia is the worst teller we’ve ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional, unsure of how to handle the process of closing out the account we had. And cries, to put on a show for her manager to feel sorry for her. Maybe she should have a job where she doesn’t have to deal with the public

Worst bank ever, deposited a 401k check from Capital Bank and trust company and they put a freeze on it for over a wk, it's from another bank, guaranteed to be a good check and they act like it's fraudulent money, avoid this

Clerk was condescending and passive aggressive all because I didn’t have an account number. I then asked for my check back to go deposit at another Truist…..she acknowledged & ran the check anyway. Will definitely be using other branches!

Poor service and very slow wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone they complain when they have to fill paper work out and even when there empty and still slow and don’t pay attention to you when your there. They act like us customers don’t help pay there salary
