I have a number of family members that like ENB. I applied for a HELOC. My application to Discover was approved within 12 hours. ENB kept coming back for more information, drug the process out for 30 days and told me I need to reapply. Nah, I'll go somewhere that actually wants my business.

The rules are always inconsistent at denver location, one day I can cash my check in drive thru the next day I have to come in person cause I don’t have an account. Plus one time my Delaware drivers license is fine and the next time apparently you have to have a PA license to cash a check that’s in your name which isn’t even a law or policy. Your staff and management need to get it together. Can’t even exchange a $20 bill for 5s cause I don’t have an account? All other locations of ephrata National have never once stated any of these “policies”. I will always avoid this location. Horrible service and naive employees.

Withdrew some money from the atm and paid a $3 surcharge. I went into to bank to break a bill and was asked for my account number. I said I don't have one and I belong to another bank, but want to break a bill. They said they don't allow outside customers to break a bill. I said I just used your atm and paid a $3 surcharge, you can't help me out? I'll never belong to this bank.

This is a good local bank. The staff is exceptionally friendly and gets to know you quite well. Any time I have even the smallest issue or concern, I know I can give them a call or drop in and they will work with me to make sure it gets resolved immediately. Great service
