Their online banking is a disgrace. Opened 3 accounts and 1 of them is nowhere to be found online. Submitted a request online to add the account and nothing. Called branch several times and got several different answers. They tell you what they think you need to do but not how to go about doing it. We will soon be closing these accounts and going somewhere else. After hours on the phone it finally looked like I might get somewhere. However, unless you sit at your computer all day, you won't be able to use the stupid links that expire in 30 minutes. Totally incompetent.

The ATM had an issue and didn't give me the money it said it did. I went into the lobby. Devin helped me. She looked at my account and explained how the amount would be credited back to me when the ATM closed that day. Unprompted, she then called me the next day to let me know that she checked my account again and everything was fixed. I appreciate the initiative!

I think if they have the Lobby closed how to be a little more Speedy at the drive-thru. One car in front of me was there no less than 15 minutes people have that much business make an appointment to go inside or go on a weekday

This branch shines for it’s 7:00 closing time and for being open Saturdays. They have never failed to deliver on any of my loan needs unlike some other banks in the area. Here’s a special thanks to Laurie Sauder and the rest of the friendly and helpful staff for delivering time and again!!

i have been a member for almost 2 decades plus my parents were as well, all of a sudden I have to show id, which is fine however my gripe is why is it just me, while others can go in and withdraw money from their own accounts? the branch manager, I even predate as a member of fulton bank. all I wanted was an answer as to why in which he was loud, nasty and extremely rude for no reason other then looking like a fool, do yourself a favor stay away from fulton bank. this is how a branch manager acts and fulton allows it???? unprofessional and absolutely ignorant of internal issues within the Denver, pa branch-- never in my 20 plus years have I ever had to show id??? we all know its because I look half my age and its discrimination-- get over yourself steve you work at a bank, not the white house, I worked in health care for years and never spoke to anyone the way you talked to me as a customer/member, even the people on the fulton 800 number agreed how I am treated is wrong, I never had a problem till this last year????
