They keep sending me marketing flyers in the mail which lets the whole world know I have firearms. I’ve asked them to stop for 6 months but they don’t stop sending me mail. Leave me alone.

These people treated me and my family like dirt. They sent a collection agency after us due to non payment because a family member died. Even though they never sent the items from the auction. Their communication around this issue was also poor at best.

Avoid at all cost, the worst auction on the net. I bought a ceramic.grenade and I received it
broken and they said I bought it like that. They will scam you. I will file a complaint with the better Business Bureau.

One of the best auction houses in America. I have been both a buyer and consignor as a long time Morphy customer and my experiences have been uniformly outstanding. Their catalog descriptions are integrity based with honest accurate evaluations of items they offer for sale. I have dealt with their staff on numerous occasions and they are always friendly and helpful. When the time comes to sell our collection, Morphy will be at the top of our list.

it was the first time I took part in Morphy Auctions for Swatches and i juste got my parcel today, I'm in Europe and I was a little bit confused if it would work, but the team made a great job...all was packed in a very good condition, in a secure box, I paid all my fees to Morphy Auctions and all arrived here without having to pay more fees and taxes. Also the emails between the Morphy Team and me had been very good and quick, everyone helped me with my questions, for sure I will be back for the next auction and I can juste recommend this great team and they quality of sold articles is great and without any problem...juste continue this way and hope to hear from you soon more here in Europe....some pics of the Swatches here at my home in attach......Hugs from Nicky

One of the worse experiences I have had in all of my 50 years of being a dealer. I won a lot for a $4,700 spoon. They sent an invoice then requested I call in my CC info which I did. I paid their CC fee, no problem. I then receive an invoice marked PAID IN FULL showing a $0.00 balance and my CC was charged. I checked with my CC company and it processed fine, no problems. The very next day I get a call stating someone telling me a supervisor had a burr up his butt and cancelled the CC transaction and demanded I pay via a money transfer. Since this supervisor REFUSED to even talk to me on the phone as to what the problem was I told them they had breached their contractual obligation by sending me an invoice showing CC was accepted with their CC fee and paid in full. They accepted my CC info as requested and charged my CC with no problem. This is my business CC that I use to track expenditures. You guessed it, I received an unpaid invoice with the OPTION TO PAY via CC that day! I am being discriminated by this company which is against the law. My credit rating is 830 with no rolling debt. This is a horrible way to do business as I know as I have been in business for over 50 years. I noticed other posts show the same experiences. I feel sorry for the consignee as they lost a few thousand dollars on this one lot. There are only a couple people in the world that would drop $5k on one normal size sterling spoon. Since this is NOT how I do business, they can eat the spoon. I am in contact with my attorney for damages and breach of contract. I will gladly spend 10 times that to make my point. Avoid this fly-by-night operation.

It's a great place. The auction house has great atmosphere wonderful people working there especially John Keen. He is the foremost knowledgeable man to see about NFA weapons. If you want to move your NFA items. Morphy is the number one place to auction your NFA weapons.

Extremely high shipping costs. They send you to a third party shipper for "oversized" items. Mail Dock should be avoided all all costs. They over pack and add on unwanted services. Jacked up the shipping on one item by over $180.
