“Their services are great.I don't know the lady's name ,but she is very kind and professional.Last time I needed to mail my documents and a return envelope so I could receive my passport as soon as possible.She helped me and remind me the tracking numbers ,told me the details patiently.I appreciate her help and I had received my documents successfully.There is another young girl who is working there.she is friendly and patient too.I like this USPS location,the parking lot is wide and clean,it's a very quiet place in our community and the store is tidy and clean,bright and their service is great.”

“01/18/2022The United States Postal Office is a place of communications. Mails, packages, and very secure place. The Office I'm talking about is located in the North side of Reading in 13th St. But there is another one in 5th St and Washington St. However, I also go to the Post Office at Wyomissing in Penn Avenue. There is one more in Sinking Spring near by the McDonald's. The Post Office in 13th St Reading has many services, first able has Security to open the doors and help people with the safes.
