“If your hybrid vehicle needs repairs or maintenance, Sam's Auto should be high on your list! My 2007 Prius needed a hybrid battery replacement ASAP so that I wouldn't miss classes at my university. Sam took care of my vehicle on the same day I dropped it off. Alianna was very pleasant to talk to over the phone to schedule a time for drop-off, and I never felt like Sam was pushing any unnecessary repairs on me or hiding anything. He even fixed the broken button to open my trunk for free! This was my first time working with Sam after my family's mechanic at J&C Auto recommended him for this kind of issue, and it won't be the last for as long as I keep this vehicle!”

“Fantastic experience buying a vehicle from my first phone call to pulling it off of the lot. I called in to check availability and Brian Gray picked up my call. Brian is a fantastic salesman. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, and acted more like advisor than a pushy stereotypical salesman. Everyone in the dealership that I interacted with were professional and friendly. You can tell everyone enjoys working with each other. I have no doubt that if I called with a question and Brian wasn’t available, whomever I would speak with would address my questions and not just take a message.
Matej in the Finance Department was great as well. He found me an aggressive rate for a pre owned car and did a great job presenting options to protect it for years to come. Very thorough, friendly l, and efficient.
The detail department also did a great job preparing the vehicle. For a six year old car, it looks brand new both inside and out.
