Jason was fabulous. He fixed other peoples screw ups. The agents at Verizon corporate are uninformed, argumentative and the one lady was a downright liar. I went to Jason, he fixed what corporate coudn't, and treated me so nice that I got another phone.

I have been so pleased every time with the customer service at this store. They always take time to listen to my issues and today made a huge problem caused by another store and mistransfer of contacts disappear in no time! Thank you!!!

After reluctantly getting a new phone (I hate change, lol), Jason spent the needed time to get my data to transfer from an old device to my new geewhiz Pixel9. He also saved us quite a bit of money every month. I am so grateful for his help.

Jason was amazingly helpful. We went to another Verizon store and it took 30 minutes to be told they couldn’t help us. Jason helped us understand the offer we were sent, got us a great deal and transferred everything on my and my wife’s phone onto new phones in 45 minutes. No pressure to upsell or anything. I’ll be back to discuss switching my internet to Verizon in the near future based on this experience.

Don't have time to say what problem I had but between Michael W team leader, Sarah H sales rep and the two Kyles in the Hanover store they got the problem fixed and got me to stay with Verizon.Lets just saying with all the people I talked to no one at Verizon made me want to stay as a customer (I was so upset with Verizon I was going to take my business to someone else).But between Michael W, Sarah H ,and the two Kyles from Hanover I can't say enough.I want to thank these people for doing a great job doing there jobs.
