“Stopped for help in putting a windshield wiper on after stopping at autozone who wouldn't help cuz I wasn't sure if I purchased it there or not. Anyway One of the employees named David at O'Reilly auto came out right away and took a minute to check new wiper and said he thought it was not right for for my car then he put old one back on in 5 seconds. He never asked if I bought it there or hesitated to help me. Thank you so much David. You renewed my faith in mankind and helped keep me safe in the rain. Thank you again you should get a raise”
“All of these folks are amazing!!! Been going here for years. Everyone friendly and helpful! Recently a parts counter man offered on his own to look at my truck himself. He fixed for me my old part at no cost. I was attempting to buy a new one He saved me $40.Another time, I pulled in with truck engine trouble. The owner himself (who is older than me), immediately fixed it on the spot, and outside in the snowy freezing weather due to the shop being full.Needing towing about a year ago. The mechanic showed up super fast, picked me and the truck up, towed us in and got me going again in a very short time.The office staff are all extremely kind and friendly. Always look forward to going here, and feel great when leaving having had another positive experience!”

“We were on our way home from camp on April 12th (a Saturday night)and got a piece of metal stuck in our tire causing a flat in Derry Pa. We contacted a tow truck. They were towing us to the Walmart in Latrobe Pa and would be arriving 10 minutes before their closing time. The guys in the tire shop were amazing. Treated us with kindness and got us all fixed up and on our way home quickly. Most places now days would have been very upset with you arriving so close to closing. These employees were amazing.
