Rite Aid is a convenient location for the community and surrounding areas. The store is clean and the associates are always kind and knowledgeable. Items are always easy to find and there are no other pharmacy's in Derry. Customers can buy the sales, use the coupons and rewards program and find affordable. The older woman who works at the pharmacy is amazing and keeps customers coming back. The drive thru is the worse quality of any Rite Aid pharmacy and takes forever, but many people use the drive thru because they can’t get out of their vehicle. The store depend on local residence for groceries and food items. Freezers have not been in working order since June 2023 and the voltage regulator for the freezer is. The store often understaffed but the associates are quick as they can be and do a good job. The register coupons system have a glitch with expired date coupons that are not on specific products and can be frustrating for the elderly and people who can’t see well.
