Have been coming to this dealership for years and have to give a shout out to Ishmyul in service. Had some alerts pop up on my vehicle prior to leaving for a long road trip & Ishmyul was wonderful in keeping me updated and making sure my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommend! For sales - definitely go to Drew - he is the best!

We purchased a Certified X3 from BMW of Devon last month because we couldn't find one locally. We ran into a couple unforeseen issues which weren't covered by warranty. Instead of traveling three hours back to Devon we had the repairs done locally at Circle BMW. Devon covered the full cost of these repairs.

I've had many cars in my lifetime so I've been too many dealerships. This dealership stands out as one of the most high-tech, beautiful, professional places I've seen and they're customer care is amazing. Yeasin was particularly accommodating not only with communication but being flexible as we were traveling from a very long way. They made the transaction very easy also. I would go back just to use their amazing coffee machine one more time! They also have a very cute BMW retail store where my son enjoyed getting a nice sweatshirt while we waited for the car to be detailed. Everyone that worked with me was great.

My experience with BMW of Devon was fantastic. I was interested in buying a pre certified M340i which are somewhat rare. Darryl did a wonderful job. He proactively reached out when he saw that the car was available and facilitated the test drive and subsequent sale with great courtesy and professionalism. Very low pressure sales and liberal with the test drives. Once I made my decision, they enthusiastically demonstrated why it was a good decision, but there’s no upselling of similar vehicles. Good experience. Would repeat.

Low-effort service department.
Buy your cars here, but service them somewhere else. They seem capable only of basic maintenance, not actual diagnostics.
Firstly, I found broken light cover on rear seat after getting home.
Second, I brought my G01 X3 in for a persistent rattle that I’ve experienced in multiple X3/X4s. Even after recreating the noise on a test drive with the technician, they misdiagnosed it as coming from the rear headliner area. I have a dash cam wire routed there, and they immediately blamed the noise on that—despite it not being the issue I came in for—and then charged me a diagnostic fee for a noise I never complained about. Unsurprisingly, the rattle was still there the moment I left the dealership.
Previously, I used Otto’s BMW for service, and they consistently diagnosed and fixed issues like this. I haven’t been back since the ownership change, but I plan to try them or Fort Washington again to see if they can resolve this properly. I’ll update once I have an answer.
Third: For my previous service appointment, I asked them not to wash my car (I had a paint correction done). They washed it anyway. I hand wash my cars and never towel dry, but they ignored the request and left clear coat scratches all over the paint—essentially wasting a $1,000 detail.
I will not be servicing any of my cars here again, especially if another dealership can actually solve the issue. TBD

It was an absolute pleasure purchasing my new 2026 X7 M60i with Kerry Simmons. I decided to stop in one day after setting up an appointment a few days before to check out the new 2026's. Told Kerry what I was interested in and we road tested 4 different models between the X5 and X7. There was no hard sales pitch but Kerry said I will make you an offer you can't refuse to purchase a vehicle. He was right. The whole experience at the dealership with hassle and stress free. Highly recommend BMW of Devon to anyone interested in purchasing a new Beemer
