Not only was the customer service OUTSTANDING, but as was the product quality, selection and reasonable prices. I purchased like-new quality brands, such as North Face, Ralph Lauren, Gymboree, Gap and Abercrombie. You can tell the owners take pride in their product selection and business. “From the moment my Wife & I enter the boutique we fell inlove….. Not only was the first impression a great one but what followed was even better. The owner Caroline was very friendly and patient and help us with shopping for our Baby girls 1st birthday dress. We left with so much more than just a dress but an overall great experience. “Went in to return a few items from an online purchase. I told one of the staff members that I was leaving on a trip the next day and needed a few easy to pack items. All of a sudden the entire staff was helping me! They were so nice. Kept bringing things to me in the fitting room. Gave me opinions on what I tried on. “Beautiful, sophisticated men's clothing.High-quality fabrics, mostly earth colors.More for adults, less for boys.But prices are quite high. I didn't see much of the 40% shown at the entrance.There were very few employees. But it was absolutely ok for me because you could look around in peace.”
“I absolutely love kid to kid. I go in there everyday. I even find shoes for myself at times since my feet are small! They are very nice and compassionate! Always hold things for me if i ask with no issues they go above and beyond. My son has autism and they are very caring towards him when i bring him in there even though he has bad behaviors. I love all of them there. Kim and Amanda are wonderful and well as the younger crew they are awesome. The younger guy ( forget his name) even wiped a pair of these shoes off with a dry eraser for my because i was concerned if the scuffed marks would come out or not. They are Amazing! Not sure why they have negative comments from other people they are never ever rude to me you get what you give.. if you’re nice to them I’m sure they’d be nice to you. Anyways i give a 10 star!! :)))) prices are wonderful and store is so clean.”
“I was browsing around suburban square and walked into Gilbert & Evans. I saw their roller rabbit and was very excited to looks at their selection! I am still 13 so I can fit into youth size 14. The lady working there asked my if i still fit into size 14 and i said yes. I looked at the different designs and picked out the blue hearts. She saved my dad from paying double the price for the adult sized pajamas! I was so happy that the worker was kind enough to go out of her way and tell me.”
