We ordered furniture from them and paid a deposit, and they have exceeded the deadline by 5 months. They keep postponing, and they refuse to refund the deposit because they claim they have already ordered the furniture.
Awful service and the worst collaboration ever!!!

I had an interesting experience with them. I called to get a quote on couch reupholstery (I have 5-6 pieces). They told me they can't do this over the phone even if I had measurements, that I should come in because price can be quoted only after selection of fabric. I said Ok, let me come in on Friday. They told me their next appointment is on Saturday at 10. Ok, I went in on Saturday at 10 am, not a minute later. There is one person there who wasn't expecting me; another store employee comes in after I do, and then someone else arrives after I do. Why make an appointment? Then they asked me to give them measurements and gave me a quote (something that could be done over the phone). No selection of fabric necessary, because fabric is quoted separately. I had a few more questions but the moment I turned around to look at a fabric, employees disappeared. I had to catch up with them every time I had a question. I felt quite the nuisance as a customer. I don't want to rate them any lower because we're going through a pandemic and maybe they're experiencing personal and emotional difficulties. So I'm giving them 3 stars here.But the kindest way I can put it is they have a very liberal understanding of customer service. I have a new place for business (an art studio) that needs almost everything from scratch, and they have a wide and beautiful selection of fabric, but I couldn't take the risk of working with them on essentials. Perhaps I'll go back and get some fabric by the yard etc. to support a local business.

The designers are very knowledgeable, super nice, accommodating to specific demands, and the installation was perfect. I am very satisfied, and I will recommend CoCo Curtain Studio to anyone looking for new window treatments of any kind.

This is a wonderful business. People are warm, caring and very diligent with any projects. Very wide selection of fabrics.
