What a beautiful place for a holiday lunch. Service was on point. Food and mocktails delicious. The store was full of gift ideas. We will definitely be back. Thank you for all the attention to details.

The food was good. Our service outstanding! The cleanliness was questionable. Old food on the floors, dirty cushions, sticky tables..... that signature terrain pot bread felt like it was yesterday's... don't need to rush to return.

Busy place at lunch and recommend making a reservation. Lovely greenhouse dining area, though some tables receive direct sunlight at certain times of day. The host and servers were courteous and attentive. It's a bit noisy when the restaurant is full, as are many places today. The salmon toast with capers and beets was delicious?

The menu is well-marked with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, whether nuts are in the dish - very helpful as someone with a gluten sensitivity. When our food was delivered, we were told that my dishes had been cooked with this sensitivity in mind. I went with my elderly father. They were able to accommodate our request for a table close to the hostess station, so he didn't have to walk too far. The walkways were clear and well-marked, and the handicapped seating had seamless curbs (no stepping up).

We love eating at both Terrain Cafes (Devon and Glen Mills). We always have a great experience, food is always wonderful, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The only reason I gave a 4 for service was not because our server, Mel L.; it was the kitchen. We arrived a little early for our 6 PM reservation and got a table in the bar area. Our drinks and appetizers (quinoa fritters, lamb meatballs, Caesar salad) were served immediately but then our entrees took FOREVER. I got the boneless short rib and my husband got a burger. The table behind me was seated while we got our appetizers, got their entrees, and paid before we got our entrees. Mel was gracious, kept apologizing, and checked on our order a few times. When we finally received our order, we also ordered a burger to go for our son and it arrived right before I finished my entree. So it was clear that our ticket was misplaced. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry and, it was a good thing that we ordered plenty of appetizers to tide us over. It was just a surprise to us since we never had this long of a delay for our food or had our order misplaced before. We've gone during slow/off times and extremely busy times - lunch and dinner.

The setting is beautiful but we were very disappointed with the food. My husband has a food allergy and they were unable to accommodate it. As a result he ordered something recommended by the server- and it was very unappetizing. He ate it anyway. This is the first time that a restaurant kitchen offered no accommodation. I had the short ribs with “Parisian gnocchi” and over-roasted carrots. The short ribs were unexciting - the gnocchi was odd. We left without dessert and coffee. We won't go back.

I always look forward to dining in this airy, light-filled space, but on our recent visit service (though attentive) was extremely slow. Perhaps the delay was in the kitchen? It took over 1/2 hour for a cheese board to come to the table. Nice touches, like small glasses of complimentary sparkling wine for our anniversary, were nearly forgotten as we waited for each course.

Terrain never disappoints. Beautiful setting in or outdoors, great menu selections and delicious and healthy food options. Staff is friendly, customer focused and service is very good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit for brunch at Terrain! The food and service was amazing and it was a nice touch to give 20% off at the store. I bought a beautiful plant and was happy with making the trip from Lancaster! We'll be back again.

Menu was very good. Gives a healthy vibe to dinnertime. Wonderful non alcohol drinks too. Server was good and attentive. Busy on a Friday night, but food was worth it
