“Recently went to an appointment for an annual physical. I could not have been happier with my experience. Everyone was so friendly and accomadating ,beginning with Robin at check in and Heather at check out. The office is extremely busy and they always take time out to ask about family, vacations, etc. Jenny, the MA, is fantastic and very knowledgeable and efficient. She had me laughing the whole time!
Dr. Felizadeh was phenomenal. She, along with her medical student, examined me from head to toe. She took her time, asked questions, did not rush me, and really made me feel we were a team!

“OUTSTANDING! For a change I had the time to schedule this visit ahead of time online. My appointment occurred on time; they had read my entire request and had an exam room ready for me with all of the necessary equipment. My physician Nydia was - as always - simply perfect with her preparation, patient query, handling, follow thru and follow up. I cannot say enough about the perfect blend of health care professionalism presented with just the the right amount of friendliness to make a comfortable and productive visit. I was not rushed - something that occurs EVERY time I visit my family doctor's office - and left knowing everything had been taken care of. My prescription was sent to my preferred pharmacy. I was presented with a printed explanation of my entire visit, including prescription usage and how and when to get back in touch with this office if there was a problem. Thank you.”

“I have been seeing Mackenzie Foster at PFM for about five years and I have never felt more understood and cared for by any other physician I have ever had. She provides spectacular, compassionate care and will sit with me and listen to my worries without batting an eye. “Sometimes it’s difficult to get someone on the phone, but it’s worth the wait. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have seen many of the doctors; I have no complaints. Dr. Litman was my first PCP here - Dr. Ibrahem took over when he left. Unfortunately for me, she left after completing her residency so I was unsure if I wanted to continue coming back to establish relationships with doctors just for them to keep leaving. But I’m glad I decided to stay because Dr. Quader is phenomenal and I highly recommend seeing her. She listens, she cares, and she will do whatever she possibly can to help. Also, Stephanie is incredible at getting prior authorizations handled and making sure patients have access to the medications they need.I’ll take the long wait time on the phone any day of the week before I venture elsewhere. They’re busy because they’re good at what they do.”

“Ive been a patient of Doctor Rocco Costabile for atleast 10 years now. He is an outstanding doctor who always takes the time to listen to my concerns and truly look for solutions. I currently drive 45 minutes to see him since he has joined Devon family as I would follow him wherever. He never passes his patients concerns off as too much or dramatic and always is trying to truly help. He also teaches his patients any results or findings instead of just telling them what they are. I have a lot of back problems and Dr. Costabile takes the time to teach me why I have certain symptoms and how we can make it better. There is nothing I feel I cannot go to him for and I never feel dismissed. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor and plan to stay with him as long as I can.”
