A big box store that fortunately has floor people available to help. My guynew the inventory and could direct me to what I was looking for. I also enjoyed perusing the bath section as that is next on my list

Overall a positive experience. Designer Yanchu Liu was very helpful picking out tiling for bathroom renovation. I would advise other buyers against their Optimax hybrid resilient plank flooring. Our very experienced contractor said it’s “the worst product I’ve ever tried to install.” We ourselves saw the brittle and peeling edges. They (Yanchu Liu and manager Brian) did make it right and issued a refund despite boxes being opened and attempted to use, which was very appreciated. We are trying NuCore from them instead which our contractor did recommend.

Until yesterday, November 6, we went to the store and purchased tiles. It’s a good thing they didn’t have all the boxes we needed. We have to go to another store and pick up the remaining boxes only to find out that the tall Spanish guy that took care of us lied about the pricing he claimed he called the other store, and the pricing was the ! overcharged us $800 I needless to say when we arrived at the Springfield location, not only was the price five dollars cheaper but when we asked the manager, if anyone called to verify pricing, he was like no!
This location is horrible aside from the fact that the inside looks like the last time it got a cleaning was three years ago never again when I visit this location because I strongly believe that because they’re in the area where they’re at their price gouging individual!

Couldn't get any help. We went up to the Pro desk and it was closed on Sunday. Walking to the Pro desk 3/4 employee's standing around talking at the registers
No customers Crazy big place like that and no service.
I did receive a call back from Anthony. One of the store Managers to contact himself or his associate Brian. I did call back and talked to Brian, and he was sorry about my experience, and would appreciate my business. And next time I am at the store to look one of them up next time I am at the store.
So in laymen's terms, it seems like they do really care about your experience at there store.

I had a fantastic experience. The manager Diavante Lloyd was so helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable and professional. Jim in the flooring department was also professional and patient. I would definitely come back for my next home improvement project

When I was ready to pay for my purchase, I asked if the contractor who is doing the work could pick up the box of wood (22 sq. ft.) at anytime over the next few weeks and I was assured by two people that there was no charge for product I had paid for but not yet picked up. Today, a few weeks later, they called and said I had to come get it right away. It won't fit in my car, so we'll see what the contractor can do. If I had been told the truth at checkout, I would have waited to buy the product.
